Covid-19 – Office Update

March 17, 2020 By Jaycon Legal Solicitors

Covid-19 – Office Update

We will remain open and available to provide our legal services and assistance, during the current Covid-19 outbreak.

For us to continue to provide our services safely, we have put the following measures in place:

Appointments away from the office will continue to be offered wherever possible, following a risk assessment by the firm, until guidance is received to the contrary. These appointments will be reviewed daily in line with government updates and also on the day of the appointment itself. We will endeavour to keep as many appointments as possible, however can only proceed on a day by day basis depending upon the health and well being of staff and clients.

Wherever possible we will arrange to provide consultations by telephone, Facetime, Messenger, Skype, WhatsApp or other online video chat forums such as Zoom.

Our office will remain open. If Government advice requires us to close our office, we have facilities to enable senior members of staff to continue to operate confidentiality from our homes. The usual telephone numbers and email addresses will apply, although there may be some delay in receiving items sent to us by post.

Additional measures have been implemented within the office setting to ensure the safety and well being of staff and any visitors to the premises.

Please do not be deterred from seeking legal advice on any matter that we may be able to assist you with. Due to the nature of the services we offer, there are many ways in which we can still offer advice, take instructions and continue to work effectively and efficiently.

You can request an appointment by clicking the button on this page or contacting us directly.
